The current website

This is a public, fictional CAT demonstration and a description of an early-stage project. It does not create learner accounts, collect scores, accept payments or send demo information to an AI service.

1. Website and demonstration data

The CAT scores, study records, charts and coaching text on this website are synthetic. The public demo runs in your browser. We do not ask you to enter learner records, credentials, phone numbers, identity documents or score uploads.

The website code includes no visitor analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or local/session storage. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and access logs for delivery, reliability and security. Provider-controlled logging and retention are separate from the demo; this notice does not promise that those logs are absent or immediately deleted.

2. Optional early-access interest survey

The optional early-access survey is hosted on Google Forms. Open it from the early-access section; responses are not collected by this static website.

The survey is voluntary and for adults aged 18 or older. It asks for an adult-age acknowledgement, exam choices, a preparation challenge, a feature preference, premium subscription interest and acknowledgement of research use. These answers help evaluate the product concept and prioritize features. Do not include sensitive information, private study records or information about other people.

Contact consent is separate. The published form lets you choose no contact, early-access updates, optional feedback-interview contact, or both. Email is requested only if you opt into contact, and is used only for the purpose you select. Choosing no contact allows submission without email. Research participation alone does not subscribe you to messages. You may withdraw any contact opt-in at any time by contacting hello@prepmetric.co.in.

A survey response is an expression of interest. It does not create a learner account, reserve access, purchase a plan or establish a release date.

3. Where optional survey information is stored

When available, the survey opens on Google Forms rather than being embedded here. Google processes the form interaction under its own service terms and Privacy Policy, including technical data or cookies in Google's environment. We do not control Google's service logs, processing locations or provider-side retention.

Responses are held in the project operator's Google Forms account. If a response spreadsheet is used, it must be a separate, private Google Sheet. Editor access is restricted to the project operator and any specifically authorized person helping with this stated purpose. Respondents must not be able to view other people's answers or a public response summary.

Survey answers are not connected to the private CAT tracker or Supabase, submitted to an AI model, sold, or used for advertising. We do not publish individual answers or contact details. Any research findings shared publicly must be nonidentifying summaries.

4. Email contact

If you email hello@prepmetric.co.in, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and relevant follow-up questions. Emailing us does not automatically opt you into product updates.

The business address uses Cloudflare email forwarding to the operator's receiving mailbox. Cloudflare and the receiving email provider may process message and delivery information. Please avoid sending sensitive data or private scorecards.

Contact correspondence is retained while needed to handle the conversation and reasonable follow-up. You can request deletion. This notice does not assign a fixed retention period to provider-controlled email logs or backups.

5. Survey retention, withdrawal and deletion

For the optional survey, the intended retention rule is to delete identifiable responses and opt-in contact emails within 90 days of submission, or earlier following a valid deletion or withdrawal request. Continued updates after that period require a renewed, separate opt-in. Only nonidentifying research summaries may be retained longer.

This rule must be applied to Google Forms responses, any linked Sheet and any maintained exports. Deleting from one location does not remove every copy. Google and email providers may retain service logs or backups under their own policies; we cannot promise immediate erasure of provider-controlled copies.

Request correction, deletion or withdrawal at hello@prepmetric.co.in. Provide enough context to locate the relevant information; we do not ask for identity documents. If you submitted without contact information, we may be unable to identify a particular response. We will explain any practical limitation rather than claim deletion we cannot verify.

6. Project status and changes

PrepMetric is an independently developed, early-stage product project. The private CAT prototype is separate from this public site. Planned learner accounts, imports, personalized public AI features, other exam configurations and paid products are not covered as active services by this notice.

Before new data collection or material changes are introduced, this notice and the relevant collection disclosure must be updated to describe actual fields, purposes, providers and choices. Contact hello@prepmetric.co.in with questions about privacy or your information.
